Jennifer Eiffert is a versatile writer and content strategist with a strong background in storytelling, event production, and community engagement. She works as a Copywriter at Harvest Solutions, creating compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand identity, and supports the organization’s mission of empowering underserved communities through education, opportunity, and incentivized learning.
Previously, Jennifer served as the Community Outreach & Talent Coordinator at Harvest Solutions, where she played a key role in onboarding thought leaders and influencers with the Harvest platform, fostering partnerships, and increasing brand visibility. With over a decade of experience in event production, she has also held positions as an Event Analyst at Girls Who Invest and as an Event Producer & Venue Coordinator at the Ford Foundation, leading high-profile events and managing cross-functional teams to create impactful experiences.
As a recent graduate of Leadership Springfield Access Class 20, she has further strengthened her commitment to fostering positive change in her hometown of Springfield, MO. Additionally, she is an active member of the local arts scene, using her platform to support creatives and drive conversations around inclusivity and innovation.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Spanish from Missouri State University and is also a graduate of the NYC Atlantic Acting Conservatory. With a sharp eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a commitment to uplifting others, she continues to make a lasting impact in every endeavor she undertakes.
